Carriage / Delivery Information
A majority of our products are entitled to Free Standard Mainland UK Delivery.
This excludes the following Postcode Areas:- HS, KW, ZE, IV, AB, DD, PH, PA, GY, JE, IM, BT, TR, Isle of Anglesey, Isle of Wight and Eire
These Postcode areas will be subject to an additional charge, please contact us for a quotation prior to placing your order.
*Oversized products, in particular large portable storage units, requiring a dedicated delivery vehicle, crane, or hi-ab, offload will incur an additional charge. Please contact us for a quotation prior to placing your order.
Standard delivery will be Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm to the GROUND FLOOR / KERBSIDE only (unless previously agreed in writing). Booked and timed deliveries can sometimes be arranged but will incur and additional charge.
Saturday, Timed AM/PMor above Ground Floor deliveries are available, on certain products, at extra cost.
Estimated Delivery/Lead Times – Are displayed in working days, and exclude weekends / bank holidays.
Stock levels change daily, if you have a specific delivery requirement please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to help.
Please notify us if your order is Urgent and we will do everything possible to ensure you receive your order on the day required.
Acceptance Of Delivery
An authorised person Must Be Present to sign for the delivery.
Any failed attempts may result in a return delivery charge.
If you require us to leave Goods without signature it will be entirely at your own risk.
Storage N Stuff Ltd will not accept claims for shortages, or damage, after the goods have been signed for, UNLESS the carrier’s note is marked as damaged, and Storage N Stuff Ltd is notified in writing within 24 hours of delivery.
Please note: Our carriers will NOT accept marking the delivery note as “unexamined”. So please inspect your goods prior to signing for them.
Problems with Deliveries In the unlikely event that your order is subject to damages/shortages, please contact us via e-mail email@example.com (any photographic evidence would be very useful) or contact our Customer Services Team directly on 0333 202 5959 and your case will be dealt with as a matter of urgency.
Please do not report any damage/loss using the online feedback as this takes several days before we receive it, and it will hold up your claim.
At Storage N Stuff Ltd we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
If, however, within 10 Days of receiving your order, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase* please contact us (please do not return anything without contacting Storage N Stuff first).
All returned Goods must be in a resaleable condition and in their original packaging.
If your order is received damaged, or not in the condition you were expecting, please contact us immediately. Also, this must be noted at time of the delivery, signed for as damaged and you must inform us by calling, or e-mailing us, within 24 hours of delivery.
Returns will incur up to a 35% restocking fee and you will be responsible for returning the goods, at your expense, unused and packaged securely in the original packaging.
Please Note – Returns will only be accepted if the goods are in a “new condition” and it could take up to 14 days for any refund to appear in your bank account.
All products carry a minimum 12 month Warranty.
At the end of the day we will always do what we can to help, even outside of warranty periods, but sometimes we are restricted by the requirements of the factories as to exactly what we can offer. If you need any help please do not hesitate to contact us.
